Perfect is the Moment

A post by Steve Ozanich woke me up. About "trying to heal". Perfect is the moment. Perfectionism is thinking...living in the past or future, making ourselves anxious by not being here, grounded in feeling. Perfectionism is the head; perfect is sensing. It is so relaxing to live now! because in the moment everything is perfect, it is what it is. The MOMENT doesn't need to be changed! It CAN'T be changed, it's a MOMENT! TRYING to change is living in a fictitious past or future, escaping from the NOW.

But how to get into the moment? Listen to love. Don't listen to your head, listen to your heart, think about love and drop into the sensations that feel good in your body. TMS wants to pull us out of our bodies and pleasant sensations into anxious thoughts and fear! Tell it where to go and drop into your heart. Ommmm and many namastes to Steve Ozanich.
