Pelvic tms symptoms flare up

I went through a lot the last few months. A job I didn’t get, which gave me rejection anxiety. I have a tms coach. We do hypnosis and internal family systems. It started around Easter. Sensations that were lessened from my last pelvic flare up in 2022. Tight pelvis, feels like my “protector” is guarding my pelvis. Mind you my life is having a toddler and needing to move soon, plus a new job, which was a great thing! Funny enough I was really feeling better. I’ve been doing yoga and meditating.
What I am currently having a hard time with is trying not to go into fear. I’ve decided to not do as much pelvic p t . For one it’s 250 an hour. For two I’ve gone five times since Easter and although it helps. The most effective work is tms work.

whay do you do when something flares up in an area that it hasn’t for like over a year. How do you keep your eyes in front of you. I feel like lately ive been on Reddit and doing things that are counter effective. I’m trying to meditate and do yoga daily. I am moving. How can I help my stress when I’m currently going through some stressful stuff? What can I do in the moment or through the day. Any advice helps.

    thanks!

I’m also having a flair. It’s temporary, you’ve already proven to yourself you have the ability to do some healing.
First of all trust yourself. Have faith it will get better.
Use your family systems skills to inquire about the parts of you that are emotional around the stressors. FS is your super power! You might try writing about how these things make you feel and then rip it up and throw it away. Just let it all out.
Have you seen Miriam? She is a TMS coach who always has great advice and this video about flairs is really really good.
@feduccini gave someone else great advice today: remember your body is not your enemy. The sensations may not be pleasant but they are your message to listen to your body, and be present in it. Maybe try a guided meditation if you haven’t done that yet. If you click on my avatar photo you’ll see my page with links to some nice ones.
You can read some Dr. Sarno (or any TMS book to refresh your mind). Much of what you seem to be experiencing is just anxiety.
Any book by Claire Weekes will help you learn what to do with anxiety and anxious thoughts.
You are already on the right track. Just keep going.

I can't get to a pad and paper and the Sarno Book fast enough. Any time it happens, it means something snuck by in plain sight that I didn't catch.

It's like being a detective re-evaluating a crime scene with fresh eyes. Where is the Anger or Bad feeling that made me need a relapse?
What changed ? It might be good or bad, but the relapse is always a sign that something is stirring. The More intense, the closer it is ......Sarno said "when it comes out of nowhere, look really close"

Ultimately Sarno said Prevention is the best medicine. So if something triggers, we missed it.

After 25 years+ I know certain situations CAUSE it so I am like a hunter when I get in those situations. Quiet. Observant. Still. Mindful.
If you are still trying to treat this physically , it's gonna be difficult to do the work. This is caused my our mind, so treating it physically will delay or block your recovery.

A week ago I woke up with some old pelvic/hip symptoms, very similar to when I discovered TMS. I knew what was up and got up from bed and continued with my day and my routine, to show that I am safe; I didn’t panic. But I also examined my current stressors. I did some light journaling which led to some aha moments.

When a flare happens, continue with your routine. Trust yourself. It’s temporary. It will pass. You’re safe.
