Hi. I read the book of Dr. Sarno 2 months ago. I had really bad pain in my left hip and it disappeared, but three days after that i started to feel pain in my back. Its been 10 days now.I have passed a moment of high anxiety related with my profesional future and some people insulting me in videogames :). I guess that were the triggers. I know it is TMS and i know it will go away but i had some flare ups before but not in other parts of my body and not that long. I just wanted to ask if someone has been in this situation before where the pain comes again but in another part of the body and how you managed it. Thank you.

    This is 100% normal.
You read Dr. Sarno’s book but did you put into practice what he suggests?

Thank you for your answer. I think the problem was to stop the work when i though I was healed. I tend to reprime my emotions again instead of letting them out, it is how i was but I will change this for sure. I also freaked out a couple of days when the pain didnt dissapeared :).

Freaking put is a clear sign you have not finished your work, and frankly it is never done. Awareness without vigilance is the long term need.
