Well, I know the symptoms are not focus however I’m wondering what people think of my recent event. I’ve been struggling for two years with spreading of symptoms all over my body due to fear of movement after initial injury at this point I have whenever I make progress there’s a setback and there are not a lot of parts of my body that have been spared from stumbles and miss steps. Physical events that lead to pain and injury, or surely triggered by emotional factors however, on some level, I’m still not able to control this aspect to prevent symptoms from increasing, since I’m in a very vulnerable position, both emotionally and physically at this time
My most recently twisted my ankle my ankle that was relatively pain-free, but it did not begin to hurt until about four days later and there’s only very minimal spelling can this be TMS initial injury does not produce pain but Was traumatic because traumatic I’ve only been beginning to improve functioning again?
I’ve done the work for some time and I’m seeing more more things, but I’m also feeling it associated with more and more physical events that produce symptoms at this point I’m at my wits end.
Any advice or recommendations Would beappreciated.
Working With several mind-body coaches, however I feel like my situation just doesn’t fit in anymore.
    Thanks
