    Hi friends

Been doing the TMS approach the last 3-5 month on symptoms that resemble small fiber neuropathy and are 99% symptom Free. GREAT.

BUT - I am experiencing a very odd symptom now - I am feeling pain/acid like in my nostrils?!? Feels like I have 2 mints stuck in my nose!

all test are normal by the Way.

Sorry I can’t really comment on your present symptom, but your success with the nerve issue is really uplifting. Would it be possible for you to post a more in-depth description of your improvement in the success section?

Weird nasal/throat/smell symptoms, including a cool menthol-like sensation, are definitely experienced by other TMSers, including myself. It's always up to your own judgement whether a new symptom needs to be checked out, but as for me, I ignore them, and they always disappear - only to be replaced by something else new and weird.

I've come to accept that for those of us with hyper-activated nervous systems (brought on by lifelong anxiety) this is just part of our TMS experience.
