Day 1 Nothing to Lose

I have had constant neuropathy in my left leg, primarily in my knee, for over a year. A friend recommended Sarno's book. I believe in the strong connection between mind and body. I read Sarno's book and there were many things I could relate to. I have doubts because my symptoms are different from "standard" back issues because I really am not in pain, just numb. It has not prevented me from participating in physical activities I love, but it has become a mental obsession. This just convinces me all the more that my mind is a huge part of this problem. I've done a ton of physical things - it's about time I investigate doing something to address the emotional side of this.
