New beginnings optimistic for change

    Today I’m in some pain but have been read Healing Back Pain, I know there is validity here. Since some of the pains reduced as I began to journal, I stopped doing the work. I will re-engage and do the work necessary to obtain full recovery from TMS. Accepting and acknowledging those emotions I KNOW a person with my personality may suppress on a daily basis. Speaking life and encouragement to everyone reading. I Love you
