I hope this is just a down day for you, and that you are going to re-read what you've written and see the despair and the sense of being abandoned.
There are ways to begin feeling better within the things you have going on, and it might be slow.
I wear a night splint, and I also wear it while exercising. I don't think much about it or worry about it, it's just habit to stick it in and sometimes I forget. I don't worry if I forget it. It was given to me for a "reason" initially - and at first I clung to that reason. Now I don't much think about the reason, I had to consciously work on letting it go. I think you'll need to do the same with your splints. They are temporary and you need to find a way to allow them to cultivate a sense of safety instead of instilling a sense of fear. "I wear these so that I don't have to worry about my hands when they are on."
Learning to enjoy life is also a process. You simply have to do things and hope you find even one second of enjoyment in it. You have to FORCE yourself to do things (this is where Clair Weekes books come in handy) and when you feel like you do today, keep reminding yourself that it's temporary and part of the process. You talk about "doing things" - jump on a trampoline and lymphatic drain but these are not things that in general help with TMS.
You enjoy meditation which is great, but are you also willing to look at the internal, emotional parts of you that are struggling? Do you have someone you can talk to about it?
