Eivor, because he still practices medicine within the US medical system, he may not see you only virtual for the first time. You may have to go to New Jersey in person. After the first visit, it used to be, a few years ago anyway, that he could follow up with someone from out of town online. Afterward, you could also attend his monthly TMS lectures virtually, as a reminder/review of the material.
I went there from another location in the USA. I was already better from my major pain but basically I wanted to confer with him about my new understanding of the nature of reality. It was worth it. His office is small, modest, it's not much of a money maker. His fees are cheap. He reminded me of how I imagined Dr. Sarno from reading his books, someone who "walks the talk."
