Okay, I’d say my acceptance level right now is around 85 to 90 percent. Getting to 100 is tough because the pain feels so physical and is so constant and unbearable that a small part of me still wonders if something is physically wrong. But I’m working on it. I keep an “evidence list” with things that help me remind myself it’s TMS. This forum is really great, I’m so glad I found it.

You really do NOT need to be at 100% to start doing the work. That's a myth, IMO propagated by the devious TMS brain mechanism as an excuse to keep putting off doing the work, and spinning wheels with meaningless activities! The first thing we have to teach ourselves is how to call BS on that kind of hogwash :p

As Jan says, you do not need to be at 100% to start doing the work. 'Suspend your disbelief' and carry on with the SEP; you're on the right path.
