Hi! This is day 1 of the structured education programme. I have being having strange and painful symptoms for a long time now. I have seen so many doctors and consultants.

I know I have TMS as I fit all of the criteria.

I am determined to get better

I'm on Day 7 and have found the program very helpful so far. There is a lot of information to take in but I know it will be worth it. The forum is very friendly and the people helpful and encouraging. Good luck!
 
Thank you and I’m so glad you are finding it useful so far. I’m still doing day 1 as I want to understand it as much as possible. Will move on to day 2 next week. I keep watching the video and reading the same success story so that my brain takes it in. Good luck with your recovery.
