mental fogness, can’t think straight and have low energy.

    I have had low testosterone in the past and currently I feel like I can’t do daily stuff and probably the gym would stress my body more and be more difficult for me to recover. I can’t think straight and cant do many stuff without pushing myself. how can I stop thinking of mental fatighe and stuff.
