Medial Knee Pain - Cured?

As a long-time TMS sufferer, I long ago realized the benefit of Dr. Sarno’s approach. 14 years of chronic back pain ceased mere weeks after reading his work in the early 1990s. Unfortunately, the pain sites have moved around my body with disturbing regularity, all eventually cured by reminding myself of the mind/body connection creating all of this physical discomfort.

My latest struggle has been some considerable medial pain of my left knee. In 2019, I was diagnosed with a posterior medial meniscus tear of my left knee that was supposed to have been surgically corrected. Instead, I opted for PT, with whatever residual pain successfully addressed by a TMS approach in early 2020.

Some five weeks ago, I began experiencing this new, anterior medial meniscus pain of the same knee. The pain increased in severity as the weeks went by. I managed to continue my running and cycling, and tried to identify the underlying TMS cause of this discomfort. Sadly, nothing worked until I started formally working the SEP. Now, a week into the activities, the pain is GONE! I have been running and cycling pain-free.

Once again, the TMS approach has shown itself to be effective. I am eternally grateful for the contribution that Dr. Sarno has made to the field of chronic pain management and to the individuals curating this wonderful site and all of its marvelous resources.

This is a terrific post to read on Thanksgiving morning in the U.S. @stanz, thank you for this! The self-healing truth of Dr Sarno's message and method is still astonishing, and the SEP is a brilliant resource to achieve it.
    Let us give thanks dancea
