Came across this today online, and thought it was a really useful message. May not help everyone but with me, I always seem to have many decisions clouded with the fact that I am still not as I used to be/worried about the pain. But maybe its better to just take a chance, take a leap, see how things go...

I absolutely love this! It really hit home with me. It is natural to have doubts at first. Believe develops as you go through this approach. The important thing is to take that first leap and decide to give this approach a chance. We all underestimate how truly powerful we are when we start out with this approach. As we learn more, though, we begin to gain confidence in ourselves and understand what we can accomplish. Thanks for sharing this :)
