Feeling like I'm settling in to a new job, learning the ropes and systems, finding out what needs to be done. Loved the links and journal tasks for today. The Kim Ruby link didn't work for me but found the article at http://www.stjohndoctors.org/?id=3349&sid=10
My favourite bit was the reaction to telling people this is mind related:
"Now tell one of those sufferers that the pain is caused by something in their head. If they don't kick your teeth in, they'll probably tell you to go have intercourse with yourself. (Plenty of people have said it to me.)"
So true!
Had a bad spell with my back today where I couldn't even reach down to put my shoes on. I hate it when that happens. Took 5 minutes out to chill and let any stress go and then got my shoes on! Progress!

Hi, Too Tall. It's great that you didn't give up about bending down to get your shoes on. That's the spirit. You are off to a very good start in the SEP and TMS healing.

Don't tell others about TMS and MindBody healing if it stresses you that they don't believe. It's you who needs to believe, and you do. So many people have been brainwashed for years that pills and surgery will cure them, but they rarely do.

As for having intercourse with yourself, what's wrong in that?
