Day 1 Kasia's story

Hello Everyone,
It's a big day for me today as it's my first day of the program and a huge hope. I live in Poland where almost noone knows about TMS (no specialists to check if you have tms). I came across Dr. Sarno's book on Amazon, read it and decided to implement his teachings. I honestly believe that I have TMS but still have that little tiny doubt as I haven't been checked preferably by Dr. Sarno (I know that he passed away in 2017).
I have been suffering with my back pain for the last 8 years. Have been diagnosed with 2 bulgging discs l4/l5, l5/S1 but not big enough to make a surgery. Nevertheless my life is one big black hole! The pain is always in my left side and left calf (MRI also shows that the discs are slightly herniated on left side). I have also suffered from knee pain and neck (also herniations in cervical spine and meniscus damage in knee). I do hope that this program and people here will help me get my life back. People down here laugh at me. I am totally alone on that boat but have hope!
