We have been so energized by all of the support and ideas. We keep hearing incredible stories, and making amazing connections, that will not only help us get the film out into the world, but also ones that will enrich the story. We've gotten several messages about the importance of ISTDP (Intensive Short-Term Dynamic Psychotherapy) and we assure you that we'll be following up on that.
We also want to continue to share your healing stories as well. Steve Ozanich turned his healing story into a healing book, "The Great Pain Deception" and generously gave us copies to offer as rewards. We just found this interview that Janette Barberdid with Steve in 2012. It's a great listen for anyone who still struggles to understand how powerful the mind is in relation to our bodies. Thanks to the kickstarter, we will have the resources to travel to Ohio to shoot with Steve. We haven't reached Janette yet, but you can see her in an amazing 20/20 piece that John Stossel made in 1999. Today on the Rumur blog we put together a little post about our appreciation for Stossel that includes a short rough clip from our interview with him.
