is saying “i’m having more good days than bad days” actually a bad thing?

It is human to quantify and make comparisons... but having an overview is far more useful! As we go on with our tms journey we get to know ourselves so much better... we start to see what makes us tick, what triggers pain/symptoms, and also what strengths we possess - and how well we can get at dealing with all this 'stuff'! Good luck!
