Hi everyone,
After a few months looking around and reading stories I thought it was time to introduce myself.
I've had RSI symptoms for almost two years now, and since reading Sarno's book and following the educational program, I seem to be getting better. I'm still only party convinced as the pain still comes and goes though I also know it has to be TMS because of its irregularity and moving around. (and because I can write this story without ANY pain after even a full day of work and 2 months ago I was still using speech recognition programs). I also seem to get other symptoms flaring up such as skin allergies/rashes. I've had RSI some 15 years ago as well (when it was more trendy) and at that time it just went away. Before and after that I've had periods of lower back pain. So my issue now is the flaring up.
I would actually like to know if there are therapists who specialise in online support or if anything is possible for someone who doesnt live in America/Europe. I don't live anywhere at the moment, I travel for work and work where I find myself, and this is mostly in places with no proper therapists.
This is an amazing support site/forum, thanks so much for all contributors. You really helped me.
