Day 3 interesting observation

when i did the day 2 journal prompt i sat blank on "write three things that make you angry". i could not think of a single thing that made me angry. total blank. when i changed the word angry to annoyed i had a hefty list come out easily. between day 2 and 3 - lots happening for me - moved my mom with alzheimer's to an assisted living facility and she is struggling to adjust and sister visiting from out of town to help with that and trying to keep focused on my job. yesterday i felt consumed with anger. its grrrr! tight fists anger but expression of it is tears. So many things are making me feel angry! today i wrote three things that make me angry easily - the list could be much longer.

Excellent insights! And you're only on Day 3. When I started my TMS work I didn't think I was an angry person. Then the work uncovered that I was pretty angry most of the time, I just wasn't aware of it and didn't express it. I think it is important to tell yourself that it is OK to be angry and that it is part of being a fully-formed human who experiences the full range of emotions.
