Since starting this program, I’ve become more aware of how much internal pressure I put on myself in daily life. Yesterday I read a forum response about internal pressure, on one of my other posts, and it really clicked for me. I realized how strongly that pressure is present for me in almost everything like work, chores, exercise, and relationships. I’ve started experimenting with slowing things down and consciously reducing that inner urgency.

This has had a noticeable effect on my most important relationships, especially with my partner. I’m more honest about how I feel, less focused on doing everything “right” and I take less responsibility for things that aren’t actually mine. That creates more space for me to just be myself. And also to see life more as a playing field.

Because of that everything more natural and lighter today. I notice more moments of genuine enjoyment and connection, without constantly analyzing or worrying. I’m learning that when I reduce internal pressure, I’m not only calmer physically, but also more open and present with the people I care about
