Day 4 I don't like doctors

I'm really burnt out on doctors and won't even go back to any to see if my hamstring situation has worsened since my tendinopathy diagnosis or if I have another disc issue in my lumbar spine (had one before but they said it healed). I've had a few discouraging experiences with them. The first came with my original hamstring diagnosis where the doctor told me if it hurts, don't do it. Although lately, I'm starting to believe that.

Second was with the herniated disc in my thoracic spine. My neurosurgeon said I'm safe to keep exercising (just in regards to that, he doesn't have any information on my leg) and kept trying to push the epidural on me. After all I have read about how those are pretty much just a placebo, I was very frustrated. I want something to actually fix this.

Same. I had kidney surgery in January and my surgeon had terrible bedside manner. I felt like I got medical
PTSD through it so I don’t trust doctors.
