How to proceed?

Hi! So I started to just keep doing exercise despite the fatigue. But there haves been problems, I would fall asleep while driving, constantly take naps and just can’t think. Like I can’t think what I say and would say random things or forget about what I was doing. I do like to lift weights and I keep pushing myself, but I can’t even study after and would be forgetful. For some reason after 2-3 days of no exercise I feel better and even my libido raises.

Thoughts?

My symptoms were never extreme fatigue but I exercise every day and the days I don't exercise I have more energy. That's normal for anyone. Then you'll have more energy the days after because you have a *slightly* better cardiovascular condition than you had. Do it for a year and you'll have much more energy on the off days than you'd have on the off days a year ago. Try exercising at night time. Or don't exercise that hard. A lot of people who got better tried to live normally and that was enough pushing for them to retrain their brain.
