THIS WEEK IN TMS ROUNDTABLE RECOVERY! LIVE Q&A: How We Use Movement to ‘MOVE’ Towards Emotional Awareness & Connect to Your Emotions
This is a live Q&A with real practices you can experience, so bring your curiosity, your willingness to explore, and maybe a little space to move around if you’d like to follow along.

If you’ve been afraid to move your body, or you’ve been moving in ways that keep you stuck in fear and hypervigilance, this session is for you. Movement isn’t about “fixing” or “strengthening” — it’s a doorway to feeling safe, accessing emotions, and reconnecting with the body.

That’s why we’re bringing on Nida Tansinsin, MPT — a physical therapist with 20+ years of experience who made the journey from traditional rehab to mind-body healing. Now, as a chronic pain specialist at Kaiser Olympia as well as a Neuroplastic Coach working with Dr. Becca Kennedy at Resilience healthcare. Nida uses movement to help bridge emotions and safety your nervous system has been searching for.
Whether you intellectually understand TMS but can’t seem to feel your way into healing, or you’ve been avoiding movement because you’re scared of making things worse, this session will guide you back home to your body — with gentleness, curiosity, and practices you can use right away.
