This is my second post on this forum—I went into some detail on my story so far in my other post but as I understand it it's not that important what my symptoms are.
I'm very excited to begin the SEP. To be honest, I thought the program seemed a little bit ridiculous when I first stumbled onto it—just a bunch of open-ended journaling prompts. But having actually read and watched the material from the first day I can start to see that a lot of thought was put into this. I truly felt more persuaded of the TMS diagnosis once I sat through the video 20/20 video with Sarno. I wonder how much his cure rate had to do with his comforting voice!
My pain seems to have lifted a little this evening as I'm doing this work, which I'm sure can only be a good sign.
Anyway, I'm posting to keep myself honest. I'm going to do my very best to stick with this, and to otherwise maybe stop spending time researching TMS outside of this unless I'm reading a book on it.
