Well here goes - neck pain for 18 months that went away only to be replaced by "piriformis syndrome" immediately. Agonising pain that makes me want to cut my leg off and popping pills like there is no tomorrow. Haven't got the book yet but have read a lot on -line as many of us do. Lets see whathappens asI follow the SEP.
