Help !!! .... with dumping syndrome

I'd like to know your opinions/experiences about the rapid gastric emptying disorder (aka DUMPING SYNDROME).
Do you think that it could be a manifestation (one more!) of the TMS phenomenon?

I heavily suspect that in the "idiopathic dumping syndrome" the brain/ANS, actives permanently, for "who knows what danger", an ALARM (fight-or-flight response) that affects, via the gut-brain axis, the gastric transit.

Your comments will be extremely appreciated.

I'm always skeptical of diagnoses which simply string together a bunch of words that merely describe the symptoms.

Example:
Rheumatoid Arthritis is a medical term which indicates a pathological and measurable inflammatory process which causes visible arthritic changes to the joints. Although mindbody practitioners are finally starting to believe that it's caused by stress, medical intervention is almost always required to mitigate further damage.

Similar symptoms without any measurable pathology are often given the diagnosis of CRPS, or Complex Regional Pain Syndrome. These words just describe that the patient has pain that's... complex? and regional? I guess? Then they add the word Syndrome to make it sound like something. .

The three signs that it's TMS:
1. They don't know what causes it
2. They don't know how to treat it, other than try to temporarily reduce symptoms
3. The so-called diagnosis just describes the symptoms with the word Syndrome added.
