    Just thought I'd post up that Helmut (aka The Mindful Gardener) and Sam Miller are going their separate ways. Perhaps good news for some people like me who used to enjoy watching Helmut's free YouTube videos before Sam joined him on his channel (as after Sam joined him he made far fewer of them).

    I saw that in his FB group. I think it's great. I know a lot of people like her but she comes off as very artificial and forced to me. I don't think she was doing him any favors.

    I think it's too much scripted and she's not good at reading it on camera. Helmut is a free flow guy, quite the opposite.
    Hope she does good, there's a lot of power in the acceptance/allowing approach. She just needs to work on the deliverance.

    I agree on this. I also feel like she makes things more complicated than they need to be.

    I like Sam! But yeah her videos go on a bit long and circularly. But she seems sweet and I loved that she was pretty vocal about being vegan (I remember her having a playlist on her channel). I try not to engage in too much TMS video content at this stage in my journey but I wish her and Helmut well, they both seem like well intentioned individuals which this world desperately needs!
