Hallux Valgus. Just got diagnosed today it's a foot problem but the generative problem according to

Hello everybody I hope everybody is doing okay I just got diagnosed with something new. Apparently it's more likely in people with flat feet. 21% of adults between 18 and 65 have it in 37% of adults over 65 have it. It's the most common foot deformity in the world. I'm trying to figure out if it's TMS or if there's a t m s component or if it's just a degenerative condition that's going to end up resulting in surgery? I'm also considering acupuncture.
