Just seen this today had had to drop by and share it. An article in the Guardian online about back pain.

Think the comments make for interesting reading for just how much of a nightmare it is trying to overcome for lots of people and all the suggestions that people come up with. There were a few shout outs for Sarno and even seen a plug for the TMS wiki which I hope didn’t get moderated in the end.
I think it made for depressing reading seeing so many suffer. Reminded me how lucky I was to stumble on this site.
