When you've seen beyond yourself, then you may find, peace of mind is waiting there.

Hi, Jessemac,
Just wondering how you're doing.
If you are still in pain, what have you been reading or doing about it?
If you have recovered, how did that happen?
Lots of us in Wiki like to help each other and learn from each other.
Hope all is going well for you.
I finally healed from back pain after finally convincing my subconscious mind
that my pain was 100 percent caused by TMS repressed emotions, having to do with boyhood
anxieties, some adult guilt not able to be the perfect caretaker for my mother, and
also financial problems. I forgave everyone including myself and improved my ability
to relax through meditation and deep breathing.

I'd like to hear from you.

Walt
