Good Article: "USE IT OR LOSE IT"

Here's a good non-TMS article on arthritis, that came up on my google alerts. It's from an allopathic medicine perspective about "hip arthritis". It's encouraging that it tries to avoid invasive procedures like surgery. It's also telling that it leaves one important part of the physiology out of the equation, guess which one? :

p.s. If you know where Otago is you're better at geography then I am.

My book publisher boss who is a workaholic and a perfectionist has hip pane and can hardly walk. I keep telling him it's not structural (he never works out or even takes a walk, as if chained to his computer chair). I tell him about TMS but he won't listen. Too bad, because he is a "perfect storm" for having TMS.

I just Googled Otago and see that it's in New Zealand and that the college is almost 175 years old.

Quite solid for a non-TMS article. As Dr. Sopher or many others might say, "our bodies are strong! They were made to be used!"
