Please join Bonnard who is hosting the PPD/TMS Peer Network’s weekly Peer Support Drop-in Chat (text version). The Chat Room will be open starting at 3pm U.S. Eastern (New York) time.
Bonnard was encouraged to read one of Dr. Sarno’s books by an aware and gracious physical therapist. Following the suggestions in the book led to several years of a very active life (no back surgery needed, thank you!). When new and challenging symptoms eventually returned, the wonderful community within the TMS Wiki was there for support and guidance. This led to new practices, longer-term successes and a fresh outlook that’s worth sharing in the chat.
Join us to ask your questions, report your successes and challenges, and exchange ideas about TMS. You are also free to simply observe the conversation. We will ask that you be signed in.
