Faith

I know this forum has people of all philosophical and religious backgrounds. But most all of them have a core that lends toward building internal peace and faith in something bigger than yourself. I now believe that TMS is formed, in part, by a lack of faith that the world is in the hands of a benevolent higher power—or safe, in some way. Belief in God, or in goodness in general, can really speak to your subconscious. It can turn things around. It has for me.
