Facial, Lip & Teeth Numbness

For past 2 weeks, I developed facial pain, lip & nose & teeth numbness on right side. Dentist ruled out dental issues. ENT thinks it's severe sinus infection. Am getting MRI tomorrow. I'm afraid it may be Trigeminal Neuralgia.
Not Bell's Palsey or a TIA. Very odd symptoms.
I had similar symptoms in September but on left side of face & lips. (I'm a breast cancer survivor, and recently had major breast reconstruction surgery.)
But, can these symptoms be caused by TMS? Stress? :(

Yes, Trigeminal Neuralgia is a known TMS variant, Sarno and other TMS docs agree. All of your symptoms could be caused by TMS, and given the switching of sides of your face that gives you good evidence that TMS is a likely culprit here! Especially if they rule out sinus infection.

Thank you for your reply.
I suspected as much when the pain switched sides. Had MRI just to rule out any nerve damage or tumor, (especially being a cancer survivor.)
In the meantime, I'm going to follow the TMS path. I'm a true believer.
