Facet Joints

Has anyone come across facet joint problems, and any advice to its relation??

 

Dr. Sarno wrote an amazing book completely dedicated to back pain called Healing Back Pain. I bought it for just a few bucks, and it answered all my questions. I think it will answer yours too. You can even listen to it for free.
