I can do more or less any exercise without problems. I can run 10 miles. I can sprint. I can play soccer. I can drive a car for 5h without back problems.

The problem I have is to do heavy dead lifts or squats. Like deadlifts above 200 pounds.
My pelvis is visibly tilted both forward and to the side (probably TMS) and I have problem getting strength through and probably a bit of fear to get hurt since I'm not aligned that well.

Maybe something to work on that fear. Or it is reasonable

HI @Hedger, first of all i think you should rule out any problem if there is one with your pelvic, you don't want to hurt yourself in any way by trying to face your fear as a part of the process.
of course fears are such a big hidden monsters we all have in our minds without knowing, like for me while I'm doing my workout sometimes i feel great and i can do a lot of sets and complex movements but sometimes i find myself i barley doing a simple exercise that i just did it the previous time without any pain or anything. And i started to notice it really depends on MY MOOD and what I'm thinking about and bothering me till my body reacts to it.

I have this same deal. In fact, when they first saw it they said "You should have been in pain your whole life"...But I hadn't been. I had only been in pain since I became a good Father and Husband.
My Hips are like 1.25-1.75" misaligned. I even walk Funny and my shoes wear out at different rates/angles. If I was a German Shepherd, they'd put me down.
I was also Uber active when I got pain...I could do all of those things on your list. I could still do most of them except the 10 miles.(out of shape)
That is a peculiar thing. I used to get that too. When I do squats now I only use smaller weights and do more reps...mostly because I am alone and don't have a spotter or a rack. I have had thoughts on that before, and my main one I circle around is this: Weight lifting is the only sport where a BACK Brace is part of normal gym equipment !!!
In Fact, when I bought my last Olympic set, it came with one. Being a Sarno Purist, I tossed it immediately.... just looking at it makes me think about BACK pain and SCIATICA. I wonder if that isn't pounded into our unconscious from hanging around Gyms and sporting facilities? Remember, Sarno said when we're gonna get TMS the body, being a unified entity wiht out brain chooses what we'll believe.. That is a long established folklore in weight lifting.

I Lift really heavy things all day long at work but broke the belief/symptom cycle so it isn't a thing anymore. I did it with regular weightlifting, but Squats and deadlifts are a partner/gym thing and I am usually alone.

Both of my sons are into Heavy weightlifting. I don't wanna Nocebo them, but I thing I'm gonna ask them what their protocols are with that thing. Neither one has Problems, but they both grew up knowing about TMS and I taught them how to beat it. The do some G-narly heavy lifts and I have never heard them complain about anything but being sore. I wish I had their dedication, but when I have time to lift I just want to play guitar.

    peace
