Eustachian tube dysfunction - TMS?

So I’ve gotten a new symptom. Maybe 3 months ago I went on a long car ride (one that I admittedly didn’t want to go on) and my ears got so painful. I went to the doctors, they thought it was an ear infection so I had antibiotics and ear drops.

But the pain didn’t go away, I saw a few other doctors and my regular doc said “there’s nothing to treat, it looks normal”, another doctor said it could be eustachian tube dysfunction and prescribed me nasal spray. It mostly fixed it, but I was sooo nervous for my flights and trip overseas. It mostly ended up being okay.

Now I’ve been back a month or so and my ears have been sore on and off. It’s so weird, I’ve never had ear problems. I’m thinking it’s probably TMS, but I guess I wanted to see if anyone has had this issue and had any success treating it with TMS? It’s not excruciatingly painful, just annoying it isn’t going away. Thank you!

If it lasts more than the normal amount of time for an infection to clear up AND "they can't find anything wrong", it's TMS. That means it's time to get out your TMS tools and figure out what your brain is trying to cover up. It might be significant, it might be minor, it might be the stress of the times. You have to be willing to be open to whatever it might be.
