Eckhart Tolle on 'Manifestation'

I don't know, Eckhart Tolle was always 'weird' for me. I mean how does he know all that? It seems like wishful thinking or blaming the victim. Dr Sarno had medical experience and all his books are based on that ie. his medical practice. He was open to be reviewed by other doctors, and his hypothesis is now slowly integrated into 'classical' medicine. Meanwhile Eckhart Tolle and people like him seems to get their 'info' from thin air. 'Manifestation'? So I quess all those victims of war, and hunger in poor countries have really bad thoughts, and that's why they are oppressed, and experience massive suffering.
