    Just look at the price, it isn't too bad. Some programs charge thousands which in my opinion are too exclusive. My impression is that people on this forum are most self-learners of TMS so there may not be a whole lot of participants of those paid programs.

    When I first started on here, I was advised to try the SEP first. It's free, gives you educational advice about TMS, and then has journaling prompts to guide you. You have to look at any TMS program (free or not) that it will NOT heal you. YOU will heal you. So if you haven't started SEP, try that first and then go from there.
