I am at day 6 of the SEP today where I should write about my potential doubts about the TMS diagnosis.
I realize that I totally accept the diagnosis as I am totally sure that my GI symptoms (functional dyspepsia) are not structural but TMS. In fact, functional dyspepsia should be the perfect example for TMS as you get the diagnosis by excluding any other structural disease in your stomach. Nevertheless, I struggle to be be convinced that I will heal from it. Doubts come to my mind quite often and I could not stop them although i do not want them to have. Can anyone relate to this?
