Does anyone do an online TMS diary here, or do people write it down on paper?

Part of me wants to do an online diary relating to TMS here. I have a few questions.

Can I put a diary on here?
If so where?
Do people diary on here or is it better to write it down in a physical diary?

Thanks!

Hi Skelton Bob,

I guess you know there are pages/posts devoted to responding to the programs at the Wiki, such as this where you can respond to a certain aspect, or start your own thread with a title.
http://www.tmswiki.org/forum/forums/alan-gordon-tms-recovery-program.31/ (Alan Gordon TMS Recovery Program)

Other than this, people may simply post experiences or questions as they like in the different subforums. There is no organized journal place here, other than the ways I mentioned. You could obviously start your own posting, and keep coming back to it with new entries, and see if people respond, but it will be public. Also, some parts of journaling are probably important to write in absolute privacy, in order to be free to explore. That's an advantage of writing off line on a computer or using a paper diary. Having others see and respond is less critical than your own depth of inquiry/discovery.

Some people doing the SEP post daily over the requisite 6 week period so that qualifies as a diary of sorts. It is structured though so I'm not sure how that would serve your needs, you could tinker with it to suit.

Here is the link to the SEP:

The SEP sub-forum is here:

Thanks. I have done the SEP once and have seen results. I am thinking of starting again, and writing about the days a bit more.

I have seen someone create one thread within the sub-forum which they added to everyday (by repeatedly replying to the original one), so that's a thought too.
The beauty of doing it again is that you can bring more depth and insight to bear.
