Day 4 Doctors advice

Most disheartening statement by a doctor? “Why don’t you go home and try a little tylenol” At the time my neck ached, and it felt like someone was driving red hot spikes into to my arms and shoulders. I got the distinct impression the Doctor was afraid I was going to hit him up for an opioid and he wanted nothing to do with me or my pain. No longer my doctor. He had this look on his face that said “Oh no, not another one of these!”

Hi, MrPositive. That doctor ought to change careers and maybe become a sit-down comic.
He apparently knows nothing about treating pain or doctor bedside manner.

It's okay to take some Tylenol, but you'll find total relief from your pain in following the SEProgram. Maybe send that doctor a copy of Dr. Sarno's book, Healing Back Pain. Haha.
