Had all my kids over this past Sunday and for the first time since I got TMS I wasn’t anxious at all—before or during. It felt great, and I was excited and happy anticipating it. This is a Huge change and improvement!

(Symptoms are still lingering, but life just keeps getting better and better anyway.) I feel myself opening up and love is pouring in. I find myself reaching out toward people I’ve lost contact with. Sharing myself more with family. I’m less closed off. I have to say, it’s awesome! It’s a big change for me. Not sure how all this is happening, but I think it’s from all the knowledge I’ve gained about myself while studying TMS the past two years. And it’s also a reflection of a deeper spiritual life.

I don’t think this journey is measured or marked by symptoms anymore. It’s bigger than that.

That's amazing. I read that book by Claire Weeks by the way - Hope and Help for Your Nerves. I really liked it and found it helpful. In it she says it's basically a fear of fear in many cases. So when you face it, accept it, allow it and watch it what happens is you see there is really nothing there. Sounds like you have just learned to let go and not be attached to the outcome and approach life with an open heart.

I had a social situation on Sunday (SuperBowl) and normally I would be a little nervous. But instead I was totally relaxed and had a great time. I'm normally counting down the minutes to leave but this time I actually ended up staying later than my daughter wanted.

I think these interactions with family are very powerful—in a good way—if we can master how to live them the right way. (Or, they can be very destructive.) I think we are both getter closer to a good place. Congrats to you!

Wow that's fantastic @Diana-M! That couldn't sound more like healing to me.

What a huge breakthrough - I consider that you've practically won once you've got to that mindset (symptoms are on borrowed time after this). Congratulations :)

That last part @Sid Hartha what huge progress! I love to see it and read it :) That's what TMS healing is all about.
