Day 1 Day Something

I had debilitating lower back pain, I dont need to go into it further - you know.

I read Sarno's books about three months ago, accompaned by wokrs by Alan Gordon and Howard Scuoouuoobiner and some resources on this site (week 0 etc) - it changed my life.

I had a few psychological breakthroughs and also a near complete removal of my pain in the first few days / weeks, taking up all activities i had given up onl (running biking etc).

I had a small lapse in symptoms part way through this period - howeer it quickly subsided.

I did not complete the entire program.

Following the birth of my second child, I had a complete lapse in symptoms to what they used to be.

Looking at resources on TMS relapses online, one suggested that I had not applied the programme thouroughly enough, I agree.

Im doing the SED.
