Checking in as per the instructions on Educational Program Day 8.
So far so good, symptoms are fleeting, come and go. I have really begin trying to be outcome independant and try to not care if the symptoms remain or leave. A tough challenge.
The journaling is kind of difficult, not the journaling itself, but figuring out what to write.
