Day 4: went for a jog

    Put my fear aside today and ran two miles. Not exactly a marathon, but I had to show my brain who’s boss. With any hint of pain I focused on the fear and anger, rather than the pain and location. I’m very glad I did this. (FYI: I hate jogging) LOL
