What was the most disheartening thing a doctor has told you about your symptoms? In what ways have you kept that in your mind?
I would say the most disheartening thing my Dr. said to me was that it was all anxiety related and you just have to relax. When my tension headaches and perceived vision issues felt so real it was hard to believe that. It made me feel like I was possible going crazy or they viewed me that way.
Now that the MRI has cleared me of any sinister issues I realize that it is stress and tension causing the issues. I have just completed night 3 without taking the prescribed sleeping pill I was taking for weeks. I had a good day yesterday and while I awoke anxious and tense this morning that seems to be going away. I still feel tension in my head but nothing like I did a few weeks ago.
Still searching for the feelings that brought this on.
