What was the most disheartening thing a doctor has told you about your symptoms? In what ways have you kept that in your mind?
When I was near the end of physical therapy and still had plenty of problems, they told me I was cleared to do all normal physical activities. I was told this by several people but couldn't believe that I could do it without re-injuring myself.
