I'm not sure I'm making these posts correctly. I realize now the point of them may be to answer the "questions to ponder" section of the SEP's entry, but I am kind of just giving my thoughts.
Yesterday I played a bit more games before the uncomfort started which was great. In fact it didn't fully start, just felt a bit off. I think I am coming from a very different background than others here, as I honestly don't have much fear of movement. I guess I fear getting disappointing, like being excited to get on my PC and game/work then feeling pain and thinking "oh great here it goes again now its not as fun".
I'm getting better at working through that though, constantly reminding myself that the pain is due to tension and focusing on something else. I do feel progress, although I'm hesitant on early celebrations as in my pain journey I have had sprouts of pain-free days before. In my 1 year of pain, I can recall 2-3 different handfuls of days where there was little pain. In all of those days, I was in a pretty good mental state.
